Complete guide to One Minute Bill by SRADEX — cloud supermarket billing (POS) and store management: GST billing, offline billing with automatic cloud sync, inventory, loose-weight labels, returns with GST credit notes, payments (Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, Paytm, Zoho Pay), loyalty, reports, multi-branch and the mobile app.
One Minute Bill is cloud-based billing (POS) and store-management software for supermarkets, grocery stores and shopping malls, built by SRADEX PRIVATE LIMITED, India.
It runs a whole store from one system: fast GST billing, live inventory, loose-weight selling with barcode labels, returns with GST credit notes, customer loyalty, staff and permissions, reports, cash collection, multiple branches, a public store website and a mobile app (Mart Mithra).
It works in the web browser on any computer and on Android / iPhone. Billing keeps working with no internet and syncs to the cloud automatically when the connection returns.
Every screen is bilingual: English plus the store’s regional language (Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and 30+ more).

If asked, type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
If your store has several branches, choose the branch you are working at today.

Barcode scanner
Works anytime on the POS screen — scan a product barcode or a loose-weight label (codes starting LL). The left side shows a large “Scanner ready” view and the last item scanned.
Search
Type in the search box and choose what you are typing: Anything, Name, Barcode or SKU. Matching products appear as large photo cards.
Show products
Shows the product grid; select a card or drag it onto the bill. Select Scanner view to go back.
Quantity
Use −/+ for pieces; type a decimal for kg / litre items.
Several customers at once
Bill tabs
Bill 1, Bill 2, … — each keeps its own items. Select + New bill for another.
Hold
Pauses the current bill: its tab turns yellow (“Paused”) and the next bill opens. Select a yellow tab to resume it.
Recent bills
Today’s bills to reprint. Bills made offline show “⏳ Not synced” until they reach the cloud.
Take payment
Select Checkout.
Optional: enter the customer’s mobile number (loads their name and loyalty points), a promo code, or points to redeem.
Choose the payment: Cash, UPI with the store’s QR, or the automatic payment gateway. You can split one bill across two methods.
With the gateway, the payment page opens full-screen; it closes by itself a few seconds after the payment is confirmed and the bill completes automatically.
For cash, tap the note the customer gave (or Exact) — the change to return shows in green. Only the bill amount goes into the accounts; the receipt prints “Cash given” and “Change returned”.
The 80 mm receipt prints and the cash drawer opens. Use WhatsApp the bill or Reprint if needed.
Stock warnings
An item with no stock left can still be billed (it is physically at the counter). Its stock goes negative and a red warning asks you to correct the stock in Inventory.
Bill numbers
Every bill has a 16-character number made on the billing device: 5 random characters + the time (to the millisecond) + a 3-digit system number given to each login session (shown as “System 042” on the POS). This keeps numbers unique even when many devices bill offline and sync later.
Questions
Where is the POS?
Open POS from the left menu (shopping-cart icon).
Can I bill without internet?
Yes. Bills are saved and sealed on the device, printed with their final number, and sync to the cloud automatically when the internet returns.

Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, Paytm and Zoho Pay — each with a hosted payment page (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets), live status and Test connection. One gateway is active at a time.
Set up a gateway
Open Payment config and choose the gateway.
Choose Test (sandbox keys, no real money) or Live.
Enter the keys shown for that gateway (for example Key ID and Key Secret; PhonePe also needs a Client Version, Zoho needs an OAuth Client ID and Secret). A hint shows where to find them in the gateway’s dashboard.
Select Test connection, then turn Enabled on and Save.

Offline billing and cloud sync
Keep billing with no internet; everything syncs to the cloud automatically and correctly.
What works offline
Billing
Scan, search, take cash or manual UPI, print the receipt with its final bill number and QR.
Products and stock
All products, barcodes, this branch’s prices and stock, and every loose label are kept on the device.
Loose labels
New labels can be weighed and printed offline; they get a unique device code.
Screens
Every screen opens offline with its last saved data (kept for 3 days).
How sync works
Every few seconds, and the moment the internet returns, waiting items upload — loose labels first, then bills (oldest first).
The server applies all the normal rules: stock (including loose weights) is reduced, loyalty and promos are updated, and the bill keeps the real time of the sale.
Each offline bill is sealed with the key of the cashier who made it, so it is recorded as their sale even if someone else is signed in when it syncs — and a bill changed on the device is refused.
If a price was changed after an offline sale, the bill keeps the price the customer actually paid (checked against the price history).
Every hour a full sync refreshes all data on the device.
Status
Cloud synced (green)
Nothing waiting.
Not synced · N (amber)
N items waiting; they upload automatically. Select the chip to sync now.
Offline (red)
No internet; billing continues.
Questions
What if the computer is shut down or loses power before syncing?
Waiting bills are saved on the device. They sync automatically the next time anyone signs in on that device with internet, still recorded as the cashier who made them.

All barcodes
Selecting a loose product lists every barcode ever made for it — the weight (for example 500 g, 1 kg) under each barcode, today’s price, and Reprint.
Same weight

Price change
When the product’s price (or a branch price) changes, every barcode of it follows the new price for all future bills.
